What data does TOP process?
TOP is the operator of www.theoniongroup.com and may process personal and business data about you because you are involved in our business activities and/or because you have provided this data to us yourself. How long are personal data kept?

If a contract is concluded with you or your company, we will retain the data you have provided to us for as long as is necessary or reasonable for the completion of this contract and the provision of the service agreed with you. This data will be stored for up to five years after the termination of the agreement. After the relevant period, we will delete or anonymize the data.
Will your data be shared with third parties?

TOP only provides your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement that TOP has entered into with you or your company. These are third parties who perform services for us and, in that context, also process personal data.

We use the lead generation service of Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The tool recognizes company visits to our website based on IP addresses and shows us publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo sets two first-party cookies, to evaluate user behavior on our website and the tool processes domains from form entries (e.g., “Leadinfo.com“) to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve services. You can view, amend or delete your data
