During the growing process of the onions we intervene as little as possible to let nature do its work. The onions are grown without artificial fertiliser and no plant protection chemicals or genetically modified organisms are used.
Onions are a healthy ingredient that add a lot of flavour to a dish. A natural ingredient, without any artificial additives, they are indispensable in soup, stew, salad, sauce and more.
