Because of its mild and neutral flavor, zucchini is an important and versatile ingredient in many dishes. We can supply both yellow and green varieties, with the latter being the most commonly processed and consumed.

During processing zucchini are cut into 3, 6 or 9 mm cubes. Typical customers are condiment manufacturers and industry.
