Capers
Capers are basically unopened flower buds of the Capparis Spinosa plant. This product is a true delicacy that is picked by hand just before the bud opens to form a flower.

Capers have a strong, salty taste. They are used in condiments, egg and fish dishes as well as on pizzas. We can supply them in different sizes: whole, sliced or in a vegetable mix.
All of our products can be supplied in drums, crates, buckets or polybags.
